PRIVATE CLIENT AGREEMENT
This agreement sets out the terms that govern the rights and obligations of dance-panorama.com to its web clients and to inform said clients of their rights and obligations and to provide a better search and purchase service for the products you wish to purchase.

ORDERS
The order process is very simple. Just choose a product and complete the dance-panorama.com  order form, filling in such information as shipping address, payment terms etc.

Once all required fields are filled in, you will be requested to confirm your order (your order will only be placed once you have pressed the confirmation button). An e-mail with the details of your order will then be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Products are usually delivered within 7 to 12 days from the order date.

PRODUCT  PRICES
Prices include the VAT. These prices refer to quantities available in our warehouse. We reserve the right to adjust prices at our discretion.

MISCELLANEOUS

Product Availability
Stock availability for all dance-panorama.com products is clearly indicated. Before you place your order it is easy to see which products are in our warehouse and available for immediate delivery and those that are not for which you can send us an email and ask for their availability and to inform you when we expect the product from the supplier and the potential delivery date.

Availability is categorized as follows:

0-2 days. Usually dispatched within 2 business day.

2-4 days. Usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

4-7 days. Usually dispatched within 4 to 7 business days.

7-15 Days. The product has been ordered and is expected shortly. It will be dispatched at the most within 15 business days.

Pre-Order after communication with us. Release date will be announced and price will be determined for a certain product.

Out of Stock.

If the product is out of stock.  You contact us via e-mail and we will endeavor to provide you with up-to-date information.

Order Dispatch (Single items or as a group)
It is possible to group all your items in one shipment which will be dispatched once all items are available for delivery by our courier service. Or, you may choose to have each item sent as it becomes available. This must be stated in the comments section provided during the order and payment process. We will then contact you.

Force Majeure
In cases such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, earthquakes etc., when it becomes impossible to deliver the products within the prearranged time frame, you will be informed of a new delivery date via e-mail.

Liability
dance-panorama.com  is not responsible for defects or poor quality of the products provided to its clients. All products are received from our supplier already packaged. Should it be proven that a product is incomplete or defective, the responsibility rests with our supplier. Clients retain the right to return a product in order to be determined whether the product is indeed defective or incomplete. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs.

Promotional Information
You may choose to be informed about our new products, special promotions, payment terms etc. by e-mail, or newsletter from dance-panorama.com.  Will not abuse the information provided. The client retains the right to stop receiving promotional information.
